Training methodology

We utilize a highly effective and interactive adult-learning model, Guided Discovery. Through group discussion, role-play and performance evaluation, participants solve real-life problems affecting sales performance. Guided Discovery allows us to transfer knowledge and skills through a process that brings about measurable performance improvement in relation to needs.

Certification
Training programs designed and conducted by Resource Automotive include participant Performance Evaluation Forms (PEF) that are used throughout the course and for participant certification upon satisfactory completion of the course. Participants who achieve minimum certification requirements have demonstrated their ability to perform the skills they learned during the course. If participants are unable to meet skill requirements, they are not certified.

Corporate universities
We can establish a corporate university for any automobile dealer.
