The Warranty Group - European Management Team

Ms. Goff is senior vice president of Global Human Resources for The Warranty Group, Inc., responsible for all human resources and related activities worldwide.

Previously, Ms. Goff held the positions of vice president of human resources for a private equity firm, executive vice president of human resources for a software company, vice president of human resources for a tech company, and vice president of human resources for another software corporation.

Ms. Goff also served as mediator and member of the National Academy of Mediators in both Illinois and Florida. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Heartland Alliance for Human Needs and Human Rights.

Ms. Goff has an MS in social work from Southern Illinois University and an MS in human resources development and social work administration from the University of Michigan.
