Barbara J. Goff is Senior Vice President Global Human Resources with responsibility for all human resources and related activities worldwide.
Previously, Barbara held the positions of Vice President Human Resources for Valor Equity Partners, Executive Vice President Human Resources for Synovate, Vice President Human Resources for Intercall, and Vice President Human Resources for Tab Products and Installshield Software Corporation.
Barbara has an MS in social work from Southern Illinois University and an MS in human resources development and social work administration from the University of Michigan. She also served as Mediator and Member of the National Academy of Mediators in both Illinois and Florida.
