Mr. Hayes is Chief Underwriting Officer for The Warranty Group, responsible for underwriting, actuarial and product development.

Mr. Hayes entered the industry when he joined Northwestern Security Life Insurance Company in North Carolina. After holding numerous positions and being instrumental in the formation of JMIC Life Insurance Company, he joined JMFE. Mr. Hayes spent eighteen years supporting the growth of JM&A where he held the position of Senior Vice-President & General Manager of JM&A Group and World Omni Financial Corp.

Mr. Hayes graduated from Davidson College with a degree in Economics and earned his MBA at Wake Forest University.
