Mr. Cole is chairman and CEO of The Warranty Group, Inc. Mr. Cole is responsible for The Warranty Group's businesses worldwide, including TWG Home Warranty Services, Inc., TWG Innovative Solutions, Inc., Resource Automotive, Inc. and The Warranty Group's domestic and international underwriting arms Virginia Surety Company, Inc. and London General Insurance Company, Ltd.

Mr. Cole has over thirty-three years experience in the insurance industry. He began his career with Ford Motor Credit in 1972 as an adjuster, a year later accepting a position as finance and insurance manager of a Ford dealership. In1976. Mr. Cole joined Pat Ryan and Associates, the founding company of The Warranty Group, and served in various capacities until 1989, when he relocated to the United Kingdom to assume the newly created position of president of Ryan Insurance Group Europe and of London General Insurance Company Limited.

In 1993, Mr. Cole returned to the United States to become president and CEO of Virginia Surety Company, Inc., while continuing to serve as chairman of London General Insurance, Ltd. In1995, Aon Warranty Group, now The Warranty Group, was formed to continue developing the consumer extended warranty business on a global basis. In 2006, Mr. Cole led The Warranty Group in its separation from Aon to become a unit of Onex Corporation.

Mr. Cole is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington and serves on its Board of Visitors. Mr. Cole also serves as a member of the Chicago Architecture Foundation Board of Trustees.
