The Warranty Group - European Management Team

Mr. Mantilla is senior vice president and chief compliance officer of The Warranty Group, Inc., with oversight of compliance matters.

Mr. Mantilla joined The Warranty Group in September of 2009, bringing with him 29 years of corporate legal experience. He previously held the positions of assistant general counsel and assistant secretary of regulatory affairs, assistant vice president of corporate relations, assistant vice president of Hispanic marketing and counsel in the Law & Regulation Department at Allstate Insurance Company.

Mr. Mantilla holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
