James L. Donaldson is executive vice president, Other International operations, with responsibility for operations in Latin America, Asia Pacific and Australia.

Prior to joining the company in April of 2000, Jim held the position of vice president of International Warranty Operations at AIG, managed the development of international operations at Warrantech Corporation, and had responsibility for warranty and related programs at Transamerica Commercial Finance.

Jim served in the United States Air Force and attended the University of Arizona, with a major in business and public administration and a minor in marketing.
