The Warranty Group - European Management Team

Mr. England is president and chief executive officer of Resource Automotive Solutions with oversight of all North America training and consulting for automotive retailers, distributors and manufacturers.

Mr. England began his career in finance and insurance within the banking and retail automotive business. He joined the company as an account specialist and held numerous management and executive positions including area manager, business development manager and regional vice president in the Mid Atlantic states.

Mr. England went on to hold the position of senior vice president national business development executive, overseeing account development and employee training programs. He has also held executive positions in sales and marketing, responsible the Central and Western Divisions for Resource Dealer Group, where he served as president and COO.

Mr. England has a business administration and marketing degree from the University of Richmond.
