The Warranty Group - European Management Team

Mr. McGarrity is senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary of The Warranty Group, Inc. with oversight of all global legal matters.

Mr. McGarrity joined The Warranty Group in August of 2009 with over fifteen years of corporate legal experience. He previously held the positions of head of product development at Man Investments, Inc., equity derivatives marketer for Bank One, associate general counsel and corporate secretary for Unicom Corporation and Commonwealth Edison Company, and capital partner at Sidley Austin LLP.

Mr. McGarrity holds a Bachelor of the Arts degree in Finance and Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
