John H. Serafin is Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of The Warranty Group and its underwriting companies Virginia Surety Company and London General. John has oversight over enterprise risk, including strategic, operational, external, financial and data and physical operations. In addition, John has operational oversight for TWG compensation plans, real estate requirements, shared services, & expense controls.

John’s career experience includes eight years as Executive Vice President and 21 years in other positions at the company including corporate planning, financial reporting and real estate management.

John is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
