The Warranty Group - European Management Team

Mr. Serafin is senior vice president and chief risk officer of The Warranty Group, Inc. and its underwriting companies, Virginia Surety Company and London General Insurance Company. Mr. Serafin oversees enterprise risk, including strategic, operational, external, financial and data and physical operations. In addition, he is responsible for compensation plans, real estate requirements, shared services and expense controls.

Mr. Serafin's career experience includes nine years as executive vice president and 21 years in other positions at the company including corporate planning, financial reporting and real estate management.

Mr. Serafin is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree.
