Mr. Shapiro, is Senior Vice President, Worldwide Performance Improvement for The Warranty Group. Mr. Shapiro is responsible for ensuring that our training, worldwide, meets the highest standards of effectiveness. He is a recognized expert on learning objectives, program development, training evaluation, performance measurement, quality assurance and interactive inductive training methodology with over 35 years of experience.

Mr. Shapiro began his career with the company as an F&I Sales Instructor; he later held positions as District Manager, Project Manager Ryan Telemarketing, Vice-President Program Development and Vice-President Training & Quality Assurance.

Mr. Shapiro attended Roosevelt University Institute for Financial Services Training and is a Certified Financial Planner. He is also the author of Training Effectiveness Handbook (McGraw-Hill 1995).
