Mr. Frosch is president and chief operating officer of North American operations for The Warranty Group responsible for North American administration, automotive and consumer products. In addition he is president and chief executive officer of TWG Innovative Solutions, responsible for real estate, financial services, direct marketing, affinity, consumer electronics and appliance businesses, third party administrators.

Mr. Frosch's career spans over twenty-five years and has earned him numerous executive-level positions in operations, sales and marketing in retail, technology and warranty-related companies.
