Mr. Karapas is executive vice president with responsiblity for North American administrative operations.

Since joining The Warranty Group, Mr. Karapas has held the position of senior vice president of Chicago mechanical, GAP and home warranty administration centers, vice president of Chicago mechanical administration center, assistant vice president of Chicago mechanical claims and director of mechanical risk management. Prior to his career with the company, Mr. Karapas was employed in various positions for a motor insurance corporation.

Mr. Karapas has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lawrence University.
